Individual Counseling
Individual counseling provides a safe, supportive space to understand yourself better, work through emotional struggles, and create meaningful change. We help individuals navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, self-worth struggles, and the impact of past experiences.
We believe that many emotional struggles are rooted in deeper patterns, past wounds, and the ways we have learned to protect ourselves. Our goal is not only to provide relief, but to help you better understand yourself and move toward lasting healing.
Our work with individuals may incorporate:
*Adlerian Therapy
*Attachment-Based Therapy
*Internal Family Systems (IFS)
*Somatic Psychotherapy
*Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
These approaches help clients explore the connections between past experiences, emotions, relationships, beliefs, and the body. Together, we work to identify patterns, heal emotional wounds, strengthen self-awareness, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Couples Counseling
Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of comfort and connection, but they can also be one of the greatest sources of pain when communication breaks down or emotional needs go unmet. Couples counseling provides a space to slow down, better understand one another, and begin rebuilding trust, connection, and emotional safety.
We work with couples who may be struggling with:
*Communication difficulties *Trust issues or infidelity
*Conflict and recurring arguments *Feeling misunderstood or unheard
*Emotional disconnection *Different attachment needs/styles
Our couples counseling approach is informed by:
*Imago Relationship Therapy *How We Love: Relationship Styles

Premarital Counseling
Premarital counseling helps couples build a strong foundation before marriage by creating open conversations around communication, conflict, expectations, values, finances, intimacy, family, and future goals.

Grief Counseling
Grief can touch every part of life. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a major life change, or another painful loss, grief counseling can provide a place to process your emotions and begin healing.
We understand that grief is not something to “get over.” Instead, it is something to move through with compassion, support, and understanding.
Our grief counseling approach is influenced by:
*The Grief Recovery Method
*The Life Recovery Workbook for Grief
These approaches help clients better understand grief, identify unresolved emotions, process painful experiences, and take steps toward healing while still honoring the memory of what has been lost.
